NIRAMAYA, Associate Centre of Indian Yoga Association continues to promote yoga education and the IYA’S motto in South Assam. In celebration of the 10th International Yoga Day, Niramaya launched the “Yoga Chetana Abhijan” to connect the community through various yoga activities.

Under this initiative, NIRAMAYA has conducted workshops, seminars, certification programs, and special sessions for women and differently-abled individuals. They opened two new branches and announced weekly special sessions for the elderly. NIRAMAYA also completed a free kids’ special certification program accredited by Paramanand Yoga, preparing to distribute certificates to about 200 rural students in collaboration with SSA, Cachar.
With the blessings of their Gurus, NIRAMAYA remains dedicated to promoting yoga and the IYA motto with the theme “Be well, Spread Wellness.”
