Member Institute Welcome Paramanand Yoga!!

Paramanand Yoga is located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh (India) is situated in the midst of the picturesque thus offering placid vibes for the individual’s positive growth. They have 6 acres of campus with 43000 sq.ft. constructed area that encompasses yoga and meditation halls, single/twin sharing accommodation for residents, traditional Goshala (cow shed), old-age home, free ophthalmic services to poor patients, free yogic therapy to poor patients, Panchkarma Ayurveda hall, library, serene gardens etc.

Paramanand Yoga is known to stay closer to the roots, imparting the knowledge right from Ancient Sanskrit Scriptures. Here, the students embark on a journey which allows them to experience the traditional Eight Limbs of Hatha Yoga. They emphasize following Yama and Niyama, together with Ayurveda’s Ahara and Vihara principles in or Ashram lifestyle. Expedition starts from Body Consciousness to Supreme Consciousness to explore unlimited possibilities of their potential through Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation.
