Sattvik foods such as Amla Splash is recommended to be consumed during the summer because they help to cool the body, reduce inflammation, and promote a sense of serenity.

Look no further! This recipe of Amla Splash will rejuvenate your body and nourish your soul. Take a look at the crisp and clear steps to make it.
Amla Splash:

Step 1: Gather the ingredients – fresh Amla, mint leaves, black salt, honey, chilled water or ice cubes.

Step 2: Extract the pulp from the Amla and discard the seeds.

Step 3: In a blender, combine the Amla pulp, a handful of mint leaves, a pinch of black salt, and a drizzle of honey.

Step 4: Blend with chilled water or ice cubes until smooth.
Step 5: Stir the Amla Splash into a glass, garnish with mint, and enjoy the tangy and sweet flavors.
