Ingredients
• Chickpeas 4 cups
• Lemon Juice ¼ cups
• Olive Oil 1/3 cups
• Sweet Potato 1 big
• Black Pepper To Taste
• Salt ½ tsp
• Sesame Seeds ½ tbsp
Method of Preparation
Roast the sesame seeds until light brown. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the chickpeas, sesame seeds, lemon juice, olive oil and sweet potato. Puree until smooth, season with salt and pepper. Serve with your choice of chips, crackers, and veggies.
