Life Health & Wellness Centre, Project ‘Life’, Rajkot, an Associate Center of IYA orgazined a virtual Yoga session for women in which nearly 350 women participated from Ahmedabad & Junagadh region of Guajrat. Program was organized by Women Empowement Centre of Ahmedadbad and Junagadh managed by Project ‘Life’. Ms. Sejal Darji addressed that women are suffering from physical and mental health issues in which Yoga can help to balance healthy life.
The Centre also organised a workshop on ‘Meditation: The Base of Holistic Health’ in collaboration with Kaivalyadhama, Lonavla from 12th September to 17th September 2022 which was conducted by Dr.R.S.Bhogal. As many as 134 participants attended the workshop. Ms. Meetal Koticha Shah, Joint Executive Trustee of Project ‘Life’, Rajkot and Vice Chairperson of Gujarat Chapter, IYA told that our objective is to promote health and wellness in the society through traditional and scientific Yoga application. Shri Rajeev Mishra also informed participants about the activities of Project ‘Life’, Rajkot and objectives of IYA.
