NIRAMAYA, Associate Centre of Indian Yoga Association has been extensively working towards promotion of Yoga Promotion. Recently, the Associate Centre conducted 5 different yoga session in Women’s College Silchar, Barak Valley, South Assam region.
On the occasion of Fit India Week, Niramaya conducted five sessions for the students ‘Fit with Freehand Exercises’, ‘Meditation for mental health’, ‘Breathing Process’, Yoga for Health and Wellness and Yoga for Stress Management.
Dr. Ajit kumar Bhattacharjee, Smt Shatakshi Bhattacharjee, Dr. Abhinaba Paul, Shri Biren Gohain and Shri Shubhankar Saha were the resource person. Principal Incharge of Women’s college Dr. Debasri Dutta and Dr. Sujay Das felicitated the resource person before the sessions and extended thanks to Indian Yoga Association and NIRAMAYA for the efforts they make to promote Yoga.
