The experience of hearing my unborn baby’s heartbeat for the first time, with the help of modern equipment, is hard to put into words. One question always ran through my mind during pregnancy. Can I really listen to the growing baby inside me? I got the answer according to the Samkhya philosophy by relating the attribute “word” of the sky element with my experiences.
Both my kids fell into a deep sleep as soon as I sang my lullaby. Even today my humming comforts my 11 year old son. I haven’t taken any classical music lessons. Yes! Possibly my voice is the first Pashyanti voice for my children.
Om bhurbhuvah svah tatsaviturvarenyam bhargo devasya dhimahi dhiyo yo nah prachodayat.
I have been associated with this mantra since childhood. My maternal grandfather taught me this mantra. Through this mantra I still feel him around me. For me this mantra is his blessing.

I had an accident in 2015. I was under the supervision of a doctor for four days. I was in pain I didn’t know what was happening to me. At that time my mind was with this mantra. This was the support that was holding me. Later When the doctor told me – he is very brave, then everyone often asked me how did he manage himself so much? I had no answer. I was simply chanting the Gayatri Mantra in my mind with every breath. Or I was unknowingly acting as a therapy for the medium voice of the sky element.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the morning of my house on the banks of the Ganges has always been special for me. If you wake up before sunrise and study, you will remember soon. I used to wake up in the dark because of the temptation to remember early. Studying by burning. One voice that caught my attention in that silence was the sound of bells and conch shells coming from a nearby temple. Unknowingly, this was my introduction to the first and foremost element of Panchmahabhoot.

In the evening, she used to go with her mother to donate lamps in the river Ganges. Then she used to sit there on the ghat and watch the setting sun go, at that time the color of the sky became vermilion. It used to happen. The peaceful state of mind after singing the evening aarti. Somewhere in my mind this question kept happening. What is it in this moment that I feel connected to. Understanding the sky element solves this puzzle.

Mother! Which enhances our personality. Always keep everything organized around you. This lesson given by mother used to be a lesson then. Yes! Today we know, wherever there is empty space in the whole universe, there is space element. If we keep the space around us scattered, then we unbalance the space element.

The way instruments, folk songs and mantras are included in the traditions and rituals going on in our society. They help in the balance of our sky element.
Folk song narrating the pain of a mother. In the farewell of a daughter after marriage, the mother flows with her tears without saying. If we keep our feelings unsaid, suppressed, it disturbs our mind. The movement of thoughts unbalances the sky element. So did folk songs therapy for the sky element.
