RV Institute of Management under the 2-credit course on Health and Wellness, planned across entire 1st year of MBA organized a Seminar on “A Walkthrough of Human Anatomy” for (MBA Batch 2021-23) with Resource Person Dr Jahan Zeb, HOD-Department of Human Anatomy, KLE Institute of Dental Sciences, Bangalore, an expert in teaching and imparting knowledge on Human Anatomy, October 28, 2022. The session was of 2 hours comprising of knowledge on basic human body structure. Dr. Jahan started with brief introduction about all the systems of human body and an understanding of various biological systems that carry out specific functions necessary for everyday healthy living.
The session included introduction to human anatomy and description of the body structure of human beings, different types of systems and its importance as group of organs, musculoskeletal system including bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments and soft tissues, cardiovascular system, respiratory system, nervous system,
digestive system, urinary system, endocrine system, lymphatic system, reproductive system and integumentary system.
It was concluded with a closing remark on how a person can be vigilant and responsible towards taking care of their body and lead a healthy & fulfilling life.
