AYG Academy, Associate Centre of Indian Yoga Association, in collaboration with Kaivalyadham Mumbai, successfully hosted a transformative two-day workshop for yoga teachers, focusing on reproductive health, pregnancy physiology, and specialized yoga practices for couples before conception and during pregnancy. With 11 dedicated participants engaging in four hours of theory and practical sessions daily, the workshop was well-received, setting a positive and inspiring tone for the new year.
Dr. Nutan had the privilege of attending Manashakti’s 2nd International Garbhasanskar Conference, where she interacted with esteemed dignitaries, including Subodh Tiwari Ji, Guruji Nagendra, and Dr. Bhogal Sir. She presented both of her books, sharing valuable insights on Garbhasanskar and engaging in meaningful discussions with leading experts in the field. This opportunity further reinforced AYG Academy’s commitment to advancing prenatal yoga education.
Continuing its mission of empowering mothers, AYG Academy proudly launched the 56th batch of the Pre-Postnatal Yoga & Garbhasanskar (PPYG) program, welcoming 15 new students in online and onsite formats. This course remains a cornerstone of holistic pregnancy wellness, equipping mothers with the knowledge and practice necessary to nurture both themselves and their babies through yoga.
