Constituted in 2008, Indian Yoga Association (IYA) has come a long way. The association is a maiden attempt to unite all yoga paramparas in a common cause. IYA Launches its Logo!!
In a historic movement, Shripad Naik, Minister of State (Independent Charge) of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India launched the logo of Indian Yoga Association on the auspicious occasion of National Week of Yoga at Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi. An annual feature, till the introduction of International Day of Yoga in 2015, the theme for that year was Yoga for Middle Aged.
During the launch of IYA’s logo, the stage was shared by revered personalities namely Guruji Dr HR Nagendra, Swami Bharat Bhusan, Dr Ishwar V Basavaraddi, Swami Atmapriyananda, Dr.Ananda Balayogi Bhavanani, Shri Subodh Tiwari and other experts.
