As the summer sun blazes, keeping our bodies cool and balanced becomes essential for a vibrant season! Did you know that in Ayurveda, summer is dominated by the fiery Pitta dosha? When this fiery energy gets out of balance, it can lead to pesky issues like acidity, heat rashes, excessive thirst, irritability, and digestive upsets.

Enter the fabulous Rose & Fennel Sherbet—one of the ultimate Ayurvedic delights for summer! This enchanting drink refreshes, revitalises and cools the body, boosts digestion, and fosters a serene state of mind.
