Namaste to all the members of my Vishwa Yoga Parivaar, my Worldwide Yoga Family.
The festive time at the end of the year and the coming of the New Year is always an opportunity to practice self-reflective Swadhyaya and plan for the future.
Our Guru Param Pujya Swamiji Gitananda Giri Maharaj always reminded us to be in “The Now” and “Do It NOW”.
When we live in the past, we become depressed.
And, when we live in the future, we become anxious.
Hence the “Now” is the only safe space where we can truly make the choices to engage in mindful action that will manifest through Yogic awareness and consciousness.

Let us become “aware” of the lessons of the past, and bring those experiences into play in the present moment. This will enable us to manifest an appropriate future with the grace and blessings of our Gurus and the Divine.
Gratitude enables us to receive with love and share with compassion and joy. It is truly the highest attitude as it enables us to value everyone and treat them with love, respect and kindness.
May this New Year bring with it prosperity, wellness, abundance and joy for all beings.
Om Lokha Samastha Sukino Bhavanthu.
Sarve Janaha Sukhino Bhavanthu.
Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Om
