J&K UTCC announces Scholarship Certification Program

The announcement was made under the chairmanship of Dr Shreyansh Jain and Shri Anil Swaraj, Founder, Swaraj Yoga Institute and Secretary, J&K UTCC.

With a scarcity of certified yoga teachers in the region there exists a pressing need to bridge this gap. By increasing the number of certified yoga professionals, they can better serve the community and organizations seeking their expertise in this region.

The program, commenced on February 5, 2024 and concluded on March 3, 2024, at the Study Centre of SWIYR. Spanning over 200 hours, it adhered to the syllabus approved by the IYA. Distinguished yoga teachers and guest lecturers contributed their expertise to the training sessions, led by Shri Anil as the Lead Teacher.

During a valedictory felicitation ceremony held on March 7, 2024, certificates were conferred upon the successful students. Dr. Shreyansh Jain graced the occasion as the chief guest. Among other distinguished guests were Shri Abhinandan Jain, Shri Ashok Gupta, Shri Sudha Chander, Ms Malti Sharma, Shri Anmol Maini, Shri Nitin Jaim, Shri Rakesh Verma, and various other yoga enthusiasts and practitioners. The event commenced with invocations and prayers, followed by a lecture on Yogic lifestyle by Dr Shreyansh and a discourse on Vedanta by Shri Ashok Gupta.
