Dr Vikas Chothe and Dr Shwetambari Chothe of Swasti Yoga Centre, Associate Centre of Indian Yoga Association have created Tenali Rama’s V2V (Yogic Vichar to Vyavahara), a series of comic yogic books on tales of Tenali Rama as part of Mission LiFE announced by our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Mission LiFE was announced by Shri Narendra Modi at the 2021 UN Climate Change Conference (UNFCCC COP26) to bring individual behaviours at the forefront of the global climate action narrative.
The yogic book will not only entertain children but help develop 10 important yogic values in the adolescents and children which will reduce the unfavourable risk-taking attitude while driving. They are humility (Ishwar pranidhana), friendship (maitri), letting go (aparigraha), self-discipline (anushasana), balance (sthiram bhava), concentration (dharana), truthfulness (satya), satisfaction (santosha), non-stealing (asteya), creative thinking (yukti).
The comic book will construct the stories and morals innovatively to create the right behavioural modification with rational approach. The positive role modelling concept will sow the seeds of right actions without expectations (karma yoga) at a young age without any need for regulations and fine from the government.
