IYA Kerala State Chapter
Meeting of IYA Kerala State Chapter on 08.07.2022 was convened at Anandadham, Kodungallur and access over Zoom video conferencing was shared for members who couldn’t attend offline. The meeting was attended by Dr. M Lakshmi Kumari, Chairperson, IYA KSSC, Sri Ravi Tumluri ji, IYA, Delhi, Sri Nataraj ji, Vice Chairman, IYA KSSC, Sri Thippeswamy ji, Vice Chairman, KSSC, Sri Rajgopal Krishnan, General Secretary, KSSC, Sri. Sudhakar ji, Treasurer, IYA KSSC, Sri Shyju Krishnan B P, Joint Secretary, KSC and Sri Harilal Ji, Exe Member, KSSC
The meeting started by chanting a prayer at 8.00 pm.
The Committee reviewed the activities carried out in connection with International Day of Yoga- 2022. Committee congratulated the whole KSSC team.
Sri Ravi Tumuluri ji pointed out that the term of present state chapter committee was over. It is required either to renominate the existing committee or call for fresh nominees and propose the names to Executive Council, Delhi.
Sri Rajgopal ji informed committee about the event raised by a Young Yoga trainer and Practitioner of Neuro Sciences, Dr Agrima Nair. The event is to travel from Kerala to Ladakh on a bicycle and her motive is to propagate the vision of Yoga.
Harilal ji informed committee about the event to be conducted by Arsha Yoga Gurukulam on coming December 30,31, January 1.
Sri Shyju Krishnan ji explained the increasing need of certifying the Trainers from Member institutions from Government of India.
