The Nepalese Association of Utah (NAUT), USA, in collaboration with YogaPeace Sansthan, an Associate Centre of the Indian Yoga Association, successfully hosted a yoga session at the Krishna Temple, Utah. Led by renowned Yogacharya Dhakaram, the event, titled “Anandam – Blissful Life,” aimed to help participants achieve inner peace and manage stress through yoga.
The session attracted over 30 participants eager to learn Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Asanas (yoga postures) designed for mental relaxation and well-being. Yogacharya Dhakaram meticulously explained the benefits of each practice, empowering attendees with tools to cultivate a balanced and blissful life.
Key contributors to the event’s success included Mrs. Navita (President, NAUT), Yogi Saurav, Mr. Biplav, and Mr. Sujan, who ensured smooth coordination. Krishna Temple’s priest, Mr. Gopinath Priya Das, provided the venue, creating a serene and spiritual ambiance that enhanced the experience.
The session concluded with an inspiring discussion on “How to Live Happily,” emphasizing the power of smiling and laughter. The event showcased the growing interest in yoga within the Utah community and highlighted the impact of such initiatives in promoting holistic health and well-being.
