Acclaimed martial artist Vidyut Jammwal, along with Ranjeet Chaturvedi, a Life Member of IYA, recently visited Kaivalyadham’s Mumbai center at Marine Drive. Kaivalyadham, a Member Institution of IYA, is one of the world’s leading yoga research and therapy institutions, celebrating its centennial year. Founded by Swami Kuvalayananda ji, it has significantly contributed to scientific yoga research.

During his visit, Vidyut engaged in discussions with Sri Subodh Tiwari, Secretary General of IYA, expressing his vision to make a meaningful impact on the global yoga community. He also showcased his unique shankh (conch) blowing skills, symbolizing the power of breath and yogic control.

Vidyut further expressed his desire to travel across IYA’s institutional members, learning about different paramparas (yogic traditions). This initiative reflects a deep commitment to understanding the diverse approaches to yoga and spreading awareness about its transformative potential.
