Narchinthanai Vattam (NCV), Associate Center, IYA organised its 125th Free Public Monthly programme jointly with Rotary Club of Chennai Harmony on the topic of “Integrative Medicine Camp” headed by Dr.R.Elangovan, Secretary, IYA, Tamil Nadu State Chapter at Devi Academy Senior Secondary School, Alapakkam road, Valasaravakkam, Chennai on March 25, 2023.
The primary objective of the AYUSH Camp was to promote the principles of AYUSH by offering free medical consultations and treatments to the public. The AYUSH Camp involved a team of 6 experienced and qualified doctors, each specializing in different fields of AYUSH. Doctors who participated included Dr. S.Chandrasekar, Mr. T.R. Prabhuram, Prof. Dr.S.Murugesan, Dr. Syed M Suhail, Dr. R. Nithya, Dr. S.K. Ramasubramanian
The AYUSH Camp provided medical consultations, treatment recommendations and yoga sessions to the 250 participants. Yoga competition on the event of 9th International day of Yoga, 9 asanas in 9 minutes were also conducted.
