Jharkhand State Chapter Committee of Indian Yoga Association organised a webinar on November 26, 2022 along with Yog Mitra Mandal on ‘Kundalini Yoga in the Modern World’. Smt Kamini Bobde, a famous Kundalini Yoga practitioner was the resource person for the occasion.
Program started with Shanti-Path and welcome speech was given by the Senior Vice Chairperson of IYA, Jharkhand chapter, Shri Ramjivan Pandey. Thereafter, Shri Ramkumar Kataria, President, Yog Mitra Mandal gave an introduction on the subject after which Prof. K.D. Tiwari, Chairperson, Legal Cell, IYA, Jharkhand, introduced the speaker.
Smt. Kamini Bobde then elaborately spoke on Kundalini Yoga and explained about its relevance in modern world. She not only explained the theoretical aspect of kundalini but also described about the procedure, i.e., how to practice and precautions one should take.
The webinar concluded with the vote of thanks by Shri Amit Kumar, Secretary, Jharkhand SCC. The program was conducted by Vice Chairperson, IYA, Jharkhand, Dr. Parinita Singh.
