IYA Office Bearers meet Shri Shripad Yesso Naik, AYUSH Minister At the onset of the 2020, the Niyantrita Madhumeha Bharata Abhiyaan team got a chance to interact with Shri Shripad Yesso Naik, Hon’ble MoS for AYUSH & Defence, Govt. of India in Prasanthi Kutiram, Bengaluru. Shri Shripad Yesso Naik marked his presence at NMB 2020 to felicitate the team members for the efforts they had been put in to make NMB a success.

During the interaction, the Minister encouraged all the stakeholders of NMB. He congratulated the entire team and wished them success. Thereafter, during a discussion with Smt.Kamlesh Barwal ji, Secretary General he apprised that support of Indian Yoga Association will be required in the future for all yoga projects. Guruji Dr HR Nagendra (President), Dr.Nagarathna (Director, Standing Research Committee), Shri Ravi Tumuluri (Joint Secretary) along with IYA Secretariat and members of various State Chapter Committees were also present.
