The webinar series was designed to deepen public understanding of Yoga’s diverse dimensions and its significance in contemporary life. Bringing together eminent speakers from various streams of Yoga, the programme attracted enthusiastic participation from more than 400 yoga practitioners, teachers, students, and wellness enthusiasts from across the country.
The series commenced on 3 May 2026 with a session on “Latest Scientific Models of Yoga for the Improvement of Health” by Prof. Dr. R. Elangovan, who highlighted contemporary scientific approaches to Yoga and presented evidence-based applications for enhancing health and well-being.

He emphasized the importance of integrating traditional yogic wisdom with modern scientific advancements.
On 10 May 2026, Smt. R. Thangalakshmi Balasubramanian, State Secretary of Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari, delivered an insightful talk on “Avarti Dhyana (Cyclic Meditation) for Positive Health and Beyond.” The session explored the concept of positive health from both traditional and scientific perspectives while explaining the unique methodology and benefits of Cyclic Meditation in promoting higher levels of well-being.

The third webinar, held on 17 May 2026, featured Swami Taponidhi Saraswati of the Bihar School of Yoga, who spoke on “Yoga Darshan – Vision of the Rishis.” He offered profound insights into the yogic path envisioned by the ancient seers and explained how Yoga Darshan serves as a framework for self-development, inner growth, and transformation.

On 24 May 2026, Dr. E. The webinar series concluded on 31 May 2026 with Dr. S.
