Throughout December, the Sri Aurobindo Society, Hyderabad, hosted a series of insightful talks and satsangs, focusing on various elements of yoga and spiritual growth. The month began with Elements of Yoga 1 by Smt. Suneetha Sekhar on 1st December, followed by Smt. Harshitha’s session on How to Develop Intuition on 7th December. On 8th December, Sri. Ramakrishna delivered a talk on Purification, providing deep insights into cleansing the mind and soul.
Mid-month, Smt. Suneetha Sekhar continued her series with Elements of Yoga 2 on 15th December. This was followed by a discussion on Sri Aurobindo’s poem “The Self” by Smt. Prafulla on 21st December. The series concluded with Elements of Yoga 3 by Smt. Suneetha Sekhar on 22nd December, and a final Mother’s Circle session focusing on reading Sri Aurobindo’s works was held on 30th December. Additionally, Savitri satsangs were conducted every Thursday by Dr. Nagaranjini Ji, offering deep reflections on Sri Aurobindo’s epic poem.
The New Year program on 1st January 2025 also began with a morning meditation session from 10:00 to 10:30 am. This will be followed by a talk on “Finding Our Soul” by Sri. Srinivas Mulugu from 10:30 to 11:25 am, providing guidance on connecting with one’s inner self.
In the evening, the program resumed with a collective Savitri reading from 5:00 to 5:45 pm, followed by a meditation session from 6:00 to 6:30 pm. The day concluded with a talk by Smt. Srivalli on “Living Consciously” from 6:30 to 7:15 pm, encouraging mindful living and deeper awareness in daily life.
