Oats Lavash is light, fiber rich easy-to-make oats snack that even fulfils the cravings. It is rich in fiber, potassium, magnesium, calcium and protein. Oats are rich in antioxidants, can lower cholesterol levels and improves blood sugar control. Black Sesame seeds keeps your bones strong and assist you keep off osteoporosis.
Ingredients
Oats 50 gms
Whole Wheat flour 50 gms
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Black sesame seeds ½ tsp
Oregano ½ tsp
Salt A pinch
Oil 1 tsp
Method

Take oats and mix it with the wheat flour.
Add salt and warm water little by little and start kneading the dough until crumbly.
Add olive oil and knead further till it becomes soft and cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven at 180°C and divide the dough into 7-8 equal size balls.
Dust one ball with flour and roll it into circle as this as possible.
Cut the circle into 5-6 triangles and sprinkle the seeds and oregano on top.
Arrange them on a greased baking tray and bake it for 10-20 minutes or until light brown and crisp.
Take it out and let them cool and serve it with tasty dips.
