Yoga Vidya Niketan (YVN), Mumbai, Member Institute of Indian Yoga Association, successfully concluded its 52nd Summer Yoga Course held from May 1 to May 31, 2025. Conducted across 34 physical centres in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai — ranging from TIFR Colaba to Mankhurd, and Borivali to Kharghar and Ulwe — along with 13 online centres, the course reached a total of 1459 participants. The largest participation came from the Sanpada Centre at Sadhu Vaswani International School, Navi Mumbai, with 100 enrollees. Each centre conducted daily 90-minute sessions during the one-month program.
In a highlight of the course, two Sunday gatherings were held at Yoga Bhavan, Vashi, to bring together participants from various centres for a half-day event featuring Shuddhi Kriya demonstrations, pranayama, and meditation sessions. These events, held on May 11 and May 18, witnessed the participation of 200 and 425 individuals respectively, promoting the spirit of community and shared learning through yoga.
