Swasti Yoga Center, Associate Center of Indian Yoga Association headed by Dr Vikas Chothe and Dr Shwetamabari Chothe recently made a transformative visit to the renowned Ayurveda Medical College, Akurdi with whom an MOU is signed to improve yoga education and integration of yoga in patient management. This cross-cultural education experience was attended by around 80 yoga students, encompassing all levels from 1 to 4, including those studying Yoga therapy.
The holistic endeavor aimed to help yoga students foster a deeper understanding of the intricate connection between Yoga and Ayurveda, two of India’s most celebrated ancient sciences. Departments that participated in the visit included Anatomy, Physiology, Public Health, and Yoga, each providing a unique insight into the vital role they play in achieving holistic health and wellness.
