Jharkhand State Chapter of IYA, Shri Ram Chandra Mission, Heartfulness Center came together for a webinar on Yoga: Karmasu Kaushalam on November 22, 2020 from 6pm-7pm.
Shri Rishi Ranjan, Joint Secretary, Karnataka SCC and Heartfulness Trainer in his address said that yoga is the only thing to be done efficiently. He explained in detail the means of Chatushtaya and Ashtanga Yoga. He also highlighted the effect of meditation according to modern scientists.
Smt. Ritika Swaroop delivered the welcome address. Shri Amit Kumar, Secretary welcomed all. Shri Ravi Tumuluri ji, Joint Secretary, Regional Coordinator, South & East Region, IYA in his address said that the Indian Yoga Association is the sum of all the traditions of Yoga. Shri Balaram Kumar and Shri Manoj Tiwari of SRCM Heartfulness also presented their views.
