Chhtishgarh SCC meeting
The meeting started with Shanti mantra and SCCs members introduce their self to Subodh Tiwari ji.
Subodh Tiwari ji said that we introduce more certification. We get a call from cost guard west Bengal for yoga program. We will male central portal of IYA for LM, YPM, VYM for certifications for centralized availabilities of all Professional members.
Start at least one program in month with help of central office increase more certifications.
SCCs should get in touch with state government and some letter to government official and do some activities.
PMO Initiative, Empanel IYA in State Govt . you should 1-2 volunteers prepare the documents to empanel as IYA NGO in Chhattisgarh Central University to make them AC and make Yoga center of IYA.
Heal in India Inciative should be taken consideration.
Assam SCC meeting
A google meets meeting was organised on the 5th of June evening which was attended by me and Dr Hiren ji. In our discussion we talked about IDY should be organised by IYA from Assam chapter. Hiren ji also informed that he could arrange couple of his students and also of Dr Ujjwal ji could gather some students from Sankardev University. So if all the members could work on it associatively it would prove out to be a good step.
Gujarat SCC meeting
Showcasing IYA and its strengths to Gujarat people is extremely essential to get membership as well as creating awareness about this scholarly platform.
Videos invite could be of a hybrid model of internal team as well as invited speakers.

Jammu & Kashmir SCC meeting
The Meeting started with shanti mantra by SG subodh Tiwari ji and other SCC members
Subodh Tiwari Ji asked to have a small contribution from each SCC members.
J&K Secretary shared the information and that they have replace the treasurer, Lal Singh Nag is nominated as new Treasurer of IYA J&K SCC also they have update the designation of Anil Gupta from Member to Media Secretary they have requested to update the new member’s designation details on the IYA SCC website section.
They have asked to use the fund of SCC for their program so IYA suggests the amount will be credited in A/C.
Subodh Tiwari ji suggests them to organize the program for IDY at iconic place of your state and want to stream on social media handles also said that get your presence felt in government meet governor or other officials in government office and arrange events.
Organize one program towards of IDY-2022 at some Iconic place for IDY.
Make central university of your state an Associate center of IYA increase membership LM YVM and YPM by that your SCC will grow.
Manipur SCC meeting
Meeting started with Shanti mantra with SCC members and all members given their small Introduction to Subodh Tiwari ji. he suggest that we should start some activities in the Manipur SCC to accelerate the SCCs also should plan to start the IYA certification course.
Make the central university to IYA associate center and also yoga center to be IYA AC.
Subodh ji suggest to SCCs to write the letter to central government to with help of IYA to start some programs under banner of IYA. We will talk to Ministry to help Manipur state Chapter in the yoga activities or program and IYA will help to start the more yoga program.
Plan a program towards of IDY with the help of State chapter committee member asap we will share the program details to Ayush ministry that how active are our state chapters of IYA.
Rajasthan SCC meeting

According to the discussion held in the meeting with you and the telephonic conversation after that, discussions have been held with the Dean, Student Welfare and Coordinator of Azadi, Amrit Mahotsav of Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer, he has organized this program with the Yoga Department of Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati University and Indian Yoga Association. Under the joint aegis of the We only have to tell them the details of the visiting guests and a brief introduction of the keynote speaker so that the complete proposal can be made and told to the Honorable Vice Chancellor and necessary permission can be obtained.
Invitation cards will also be prepared for this entire program and representatives of Ajmer and nearby Constituent Colleges will also be called in it. The hybrid planning of this program will be overseen by the Central Team of the Indian Yoga Association.
We would like the Secretary, Ministry of AYUSH to be physically present in this program.

Social outreach programs should be organized in TRSCC.
Write a letter on IYA SCC letterhead for jobs and events also proceed to open the bank account of IYA TRSCC and Ranjana ji in the SCC.
Uttar Pradesh SCC meeting
There are some important decisions were taken in the executive meeting of the Indian Yoga Association UP State Chapter Committee held in April and May.
In which keeping in view the 75 districts of 18 divisions of UP, in the presence of the previously nominated Chief Coordinator and Chief Convenor Member Shri Piyush Kant Mishra, Secretary Shri Amar Singh Bhadauria and Shri Bhagwan Singh, who is presiding, the 18 divisions of Uttar Pradesh state were given 3 Dividing into zones and keeping six divisions in each zone, mainly 3 zone in-charges were appointed by designating them. Sajal Kumar Render from Banda, was given the charge.
Along with this, the 18 coordinators of the previously nominated 18 divisions were also supported and supported by their zone in-charge, each coordinator under the banner of UP Chapter IYA, for 30 days (1 June to 30 June) of the upcoming IDY-2022, the Department of AYUSH continuously. He was directed to conduct the yoga protocol practice sequence.
Following is the list of six divisions in each zone:
- The divisions of UP East zone are Azamgarh, Prayagraj, Basti, Gorakhpur, Mirzapur and Varanasi.

Our country is playing a leading role on the International Yoga Day-2022 on the world stage.
The three zone in-charges, coordinators, members present in the virtual meeting of IYA UTTAR PRADESH STATE CHAPTER COMMITTEE on 28.05.2022 told that IDY protocol camps will be organized between June 1 and June 30. Through each camp, people will be made aware So that the concept of a healthy mind can be embodied in a healthy body.
West bengal SCC meeting
IYA West Bengal State Chapter will arrange IDY-2022 Countdown programme on 18th June 2022 at Victoria Memorial Ground at 7 AM and Panel Discussion will be at SVYASA Kolkata at 9 AM to 11 AM.
IDY-2022 celebration will be celebrated jointly with IYA WB SSC and Kreeda Bharati at Rani Rashmoni Avenue, expected 6000 participations.
