AYG Academy promotes Prenatal-Postnatal Yoga and Garbhasanskar

Dr. Nutan Pakhare, founder of AYG Academy (Associate Centre of IYA) on July 1, 2024, was invited as a Guest Lecturer at KC College, Churchgate, where she provided valuable insights on Ayurveda’s perspectives on mental health to 2nd and 3rd-year psychology students. Her lecture was well-received, offering students a unique perspective on integrating Ayurveda into modern psychological practices. On the same day, the regular PPYG (Prenatal-Postnatal Yoga and Garbhasanskar) batch commenced, with 16-17 students enrolled, reflecting the growing interest in holistic prenatal and postnatal care.

She was honored to design a certificate course on Garbhasanskar for doctors at the All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA) in Delhi, under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India from July 25-26, 2024. This recognition was a significant milestone in promoting Garbhasanskar within the medical community. During her visit, she also delivered a session on diet, music, and lifestyle during pregnancy, contributing to stimulating knowledge exchange among experts and practitioners.

Additionally, the prelaunch of Dr. Pakhare’s second book, “3S Pregnancy Yoga – The Ultimate Guide,” was a resounding success. The event was attended by Dr. Tanuja Nesari, Director of AIIA, and other prominent figures, with the book receiving a foreword from Ma Hansaji Yogendra, Director of The Yoga Institute. This book represents another significant contribution to the field of prenatal yoga and Garbhasanskar. These activities underscore AYG Academy’s commitment to advancing knowledge and practice in Ayurveda, Yoga, and Garbhasanskar, with more achievements anticipated in the future.
