HSTY successfully completes first hybrid TTC 

Himalayan School of Traditional Yoga (HSTY) successfully finished its first hybrid Teachers’ Training Course (TTC), on March 21, 2023. The first 100 hours were held online in two batches, one for CET time and the second for time zone in America. The course concluded with a 2-week intensive course in-person in Bangalore, India.

HSTY is now richer for 12 more teachers, who became eligible for a 200-hours Yoga Alliance certificate, which enables them to teach others. The course included practical and theory part. Apart from learning asanas, mudras and pranayama (breathing techniques), the students were introduced to the yoga philosophy, methodology of teaching and conducting yoga sessions, the Sanskrit language, basics of anatomy and ayurveda.
