Yoga Sangam & Harit Yoga celebrated at The Manthan School in collaboration with IYA-UP SCC 

In celebration of the 11th International Day of Yoga and as part of the ongoing “100-Day Countdown to International Yoga Day 2025,” The Manthan School, Greater Noida West, in collaboration with the Indian Yoga Association Uttar Pradesh State Chapter Committee (IYA-UP SCC), hosted a vibrant yoga event titled Yoga Sangam & Harit Yoga on 30th May 2025. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from over 100 students, parents, teachers, and staff, creating an atmosphere of collective well-being and yogic unity.
The program began with a warm welcome extended to esteemed guests including Shri Piyush Kant Mishra,

Chairperson IYA-UP SCC; Shri Hari Dutt Mishra, Art of Living Teacher and Vice Chairperson IYA-UP SCC; Ms. Natasha Sharma, Yoga Faculty, Sri Sri School of Yoga and Legal Convenor IYA-UP SCC; and Ms. Deepti Jain, Publicity Convenor IYA-UP SCC. Principal Smt Poonam Kumar Mendiratta and Headmistress Ms. Chhavi Swarup felicitated the dignitaries, who shared valuable insights into the ancient wisdom of yoga and its continued relevance in contemporary life.

A well-guided yoga session was led by Yoga Coach Ms. Nikita Kavra, with expert contributions from Ms. Natasha Sharma. Participants practiced a series of asanas, pranayama, meditation, and mudras, promoting physical flexibility, mental clarity, and inner peace. The event was marked by high energy, enthusiastic participation, and appreciation for the practice of yoga as a daily discipline.

With over 250–300 members of the school community joining in, the event served as a powerful testament to the school’s ongoing commitment to holistic development and the integration of yoga into everyday life.
