Narchinthanaivattam (NCV), Associate Centre, IYA and the Tamil Nadu State Chapter Committee of the Indian Yoga Association with Sri Balayoga Studio (SBYS) organized a grand award function on July 14, 2024, at Golden Paradise Thirumana Koodam in Saligramam, Chennai, to celebrate the Nova World Record and Yoga Debate.
The event was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. R. Elangovan and was dedicated to recognizing outstanding contributions and achievements in the fields of Yoga and Naturopathy. The Nova World Record was achieved with the practice of 200 Asanas and 108 Mudras, marking a significant milestone in the promotion of holistic wellness.
The Yoga Debate served as a remarkable platform for engaging dialogue, raising awareness, and highlighting the benefits and importance of Yoga and Naturopathy. This year’s award function aimed to honor the most influential figures, innovative practices, and inspiring initiatives that have significantly advanced the cause of holistic health and well-being.
