Raw Banana Tikki

Raw Bananas Tikkis are enriched with raw banana and nutritious vegetables. Raw Banana improves blood sugar and are good for digestive health. Peanuts are high in energy. It improves heart health and prevent gallstones. The magnesium content of peanut helps to reduce the inflammation. Carrots are good source of Vitamin A, biotin, vitamin K, potassium and vitamin B6

Ingredients
Banana, raw, boiled and grated 1 (50 g)
Beetroot, boiled and grated 1 (75 g)
Carrot, boiled and grated ½ (30 g)
Coconut, freshly grated 2 tbsp
Ginger, grated 1 inch
Coriander Powder ½ tsp
Peanut Roasted 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder ½ tsp
Ajwain seeds 1 tsp
Groundnut Oil 2 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp

Method of Preparation

Boil the carrot, beetroot, and pressure cook banana for 2 whistles and set aside. Once cook, grate them. In a bowl add oil coconut, ginger, ajwain, cumin, coriander and peanut then mix the vegetables, including salt, and shape into tikkis. Shallow fry the tikkis in a pan on both sides until light brown in colour; enjoy with chutney of your choice.
