Hot Porridge

By Traditional Yoga & Vedic Nutraceuticals (VN)

Ingredients : (serves one)

VN Yuktha Poshaka Upaahara (Any time cereal)- 50 grams (soaked overnight in 300ml water)
Cloves – 6
Cow Ghee – 5 grams
Pink salt
Non-fibrous mixed vegetables – 250 grams (one onion, one tomato, vegetables like bottle guard, ridge guard, Ivy guard, carrot etc.)

Method of preparation :

Heat Ghee in low flame in a thick bottom vessel.
Add 6 cloves and stir.
Add the peeled and cut vegetables, allow to cook till they become soft.
Add soaked VN cereal along with water to the softly cooked vegetables and keep stirring to avoid lumps.
Add salt to taste and cook till it becomes semi solid. Serve hot.
