YogaPeace Sansthan and IYA organises retreat in Jaipur

YogaPeace Sansthan, Associate Centre of IYA, led by Yogacharya Dhakaram, Vice Chairperson, Rajasthan SCC organised a special yoga and spiritual retreat at the Akshaya Patra campus in Jaipur on July 28, 2024. Organized in collaboration with the Shri Krishna Balaram Mandir Committee, Indian Yoga Association, and Jaipur Yoga League, the event blended yoga and devotion.

The highlight was a guided Omkar meditation, with Yogacharya Dhakaram encouraging participants to integrate spiritual practices into daily life. The retreat also featured a kirtan, chanting the Hare Krishna mantra, and a yoga nidra session, leaving attendees with a deep sense of peace. Organizers praised the event’s success in promoting well-being and community.

The retreat not only emphasized physical and mental well-being but also focused on fostering spiritual growth. Yogacharya Dhakaram spoke about the significance of karma yoga, urging participants to perform their actions with detachment and devotion. The blend of ancient yoga practices and bhakti resonated deeply with the attendees, inspiring them to pursue a more balanced and mindful life. Organizers like Ms. Alka Atrey from YogaPeace Sansthan and Yogi Arvind Sejwan from FitYog Sansthan expressed their gratitude for the positive response, highlighting the importance of such events in building a strong, united yoga community.
