Broccoli Fritters

Broccoli Fritters is rich in energy, gluten free and is good for children, pregnant women and lactating mothers. Broccoli is a good source of several vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, C and B9, and zinc. It helps in reducing cholesterol, blood pressure, and risk if cancer. The paneer used is a good source of protein, is rich in calcium and vitamin D. It improved digestion and is good in weight loss.

Ingredients

Broccoli (shredded) 1 bowl

Paneer 1 cup

Chickpea Flour 1 tbsp

Coriander 2 cup

Lemon Juice 1tsp

Ajwain ½ tsp

Amchur Powder 1 tsp

Salt ½ tsp

Oil For greasing

Method of Preparation
In a bowl add all the above ingredients and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small round tikkis. Brush a non-stick tawa (griddle) with a little oil and cook the tikkis until both sides turn golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
