Sri Krishna Wellness Centre celebrates Holi & Women’s Day

Sri Krishna Wellness and Yoga Centre celebrated the colourful festival of Holi with students at the Centre. The day started with a special yoga session focused on opening up the heart and connecting with joy and positivity. After the yoga session, students gathered outside the yoga hall and engaged in a fun and vibrant color-throwing ceremony, where organic and eco-friendly colors were used to playfully sprinkle and smear each other.

Throughout the day, the focus was on cultivating positive energy and unity. The celebration ended with a group meditation session, focused on gratitude and compassion, to bring the energy and positivity of the festival into the lives of all the participants.

On Women’s Day, the yoga centre celebrated women and their selfless contribution towards the society. The sessions conducted throughout the day emphasized the importance of self-care and empowerment through yoga practice. Yoga instructors also incorporated some breathing exercises and guided meditation techniques to help the students relax and reduce stress. After the yoga session, a small celebration where flower plants were distributed to all the women present.
