Sakthi School of Yoga

Yoga means transformation of an individual from the state of ordinary to extraordinary. The nature of yoga is it does not discriminate. Whether you’re young or old, diseased or in good health, rich or poor, maybe different in size, dwelling in vice; but when it comes to yoga, you stand an equal chance to elevate your stature to the highest possibility.

May this day reminds every practitioner to be more passionate, more loving, more compassionate, more selfless, less judgemental and ensure these qualities are prevailing more and more every single day of your life. May peace be with you
