Indian Yoga Association formed the Assam State Chapter Committee on October 10, 2018 at Shanti Path, Mumbai, Maharashtra. On the day of inception of Maharashtra SCC, the meeting saw the presence of Guruji Dr HR Nagendra, Shrikrishna Vyavahare, Shri Vishwasrao Mandlik, Shri Pravin Deshpande, Dr. Ulka Natu, Dr. Sunanda Rathi, Shrikrishna Mhaskar, Shri Ramkumar Rathi, Dr. Umesh Tagde, Dr. Mamta, Shri Ravi Tumuluri, Dr. Amit Singh, Dr. Vidya Deshpande, Shri Pramod Niphadkar, Smt Aishwarya Joshi, Shri Sudhir Bapat, Shri Umesh Bhide, Shri Durgadas Swvant, Shri Shaikh Sabir, Dr. Amit Mishra, Shri Proneil Sequeria, Shri Anand C, Shri Subodh Tiwari and Smt Shipla Ghone.
