NIRAMAYA School of Yoga Education, Associate Centre of IYA, successfully conducted a special “Yoga Sadhana” session at Assam University in collaboration with Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal, bringing together academicians, educationists, and wellness enthusiasts for an enriching yogic experience.
The programme was attended by several distinguished guests, including Dr. Niranjan Roy, Vice-Chancellor of Gurucharan University, Dr. Anup Kumar Dey, Professor at Assam University, and representatives of Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal, who actively participated in the session.
The Yoga Sadhana programme was led by Yogacharya Divya Geetanand Rahul, with practical demonstrations conducted by Ratul Chakraborty. Participants were guided through a series of yogic practices designed to promote physical fitness, mental clarity, emotional balance, and inner well-being.
The session emphasized the relevance of Yoga in contemporary life and highlighted its role in enhancing concentration, stress management, self-discipline, and overall quality of life.
