Sree Bala Yoga Studio reflects on a year of remarkable achievements in 2024

Sree Bala Yoga Studio, Associate Centre of the Indian Yoga Association, celebrated a year of significant milestones in 2024, underscoring its commitment to yoga education and community wellness. The studio conducted two sessions of its 200-hour Certificate Course in Yoga and a 500-hour Advanced Certificate Course, empowering participants to deepen their understanding and practice of yoga. The studio also achieved an India Record by performing 100 asanas with 50 participants, showcasing the dedication of its students and instructors.

In addition to certification courses, Sree Bala Yoga Studio hosted various workshops throughout the year, including Laughing Yoga, Tantra Mudra Workshop, and a 5-Day Meditation Workshop. These events attracted numerous participants and contributed to their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The studio also expanded its reach by opening a new branch in Nesapakkam, allowing more individuals to experience the transformative power of yoga. The year concluded with gratitude for the community’s support and a commitment to continuing the journey of wellness and mindfulness.
