Meditation Session for UPSC Aspirants by Acharya Lokesh Ji

Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti, Associate Centre of Indian Yoga Association, organised a special meditation session for UPSC exam aspirants led by Acharya Lokesh Ji at the Ahimsa Yoga and Meditation Centre.
During the session he emphasized the importance of meditation in improving concentration and achieving better results in exams. Through deep breathing exercises and meditation techniques, students can manage stress, regulate blood pressure, and maintain emotional balance.

Acharya Lokesh Ji answered several questions from students, advising them on the significance of daily routine, diet, and regular meditation practice. The session also featured contributions from Yogacharya Deo Chandra Jha, who highlighted the benefits of yoga and meditation for a healthy body and mind.
