Hatha Yoga workshop for Yoga Instructors

Arsha Yoga Gurukulam, Thrissur organized a two day Hatha Yoga workshop for Yoga Instructors on March 7 and 8, 2020. The workshop was supported by Indian Yoga Association. The participants were also given the membership certificates of IYA. The workshop touched various topics under the guidance of Yogacharya Harilalji.
