AYG Academy, an Associate Centre of Indian Yoga Association, continues its inspiring journey of blending ancient wisdom with modern motherhood through Yoga, Ayurveda, and Garbhasanskar. The academy recently completed its 59th and 60th batches of the Prenatal-Postnatal Yoga & Garbhasanskar Teacher Training Course. These sessions empowered students from across the globe—including Mumbai, Delhi, Canada, and the USA—with authentic knowledge and practical tools to support holistic well-being during pregnancy and beyond.
Conducted in collaboration with the IYA, the program upheld the highest standards of education and spiritual depth. The dedication of the students was evident, with many expressing deep gratitude for their transformation—some even joining live sessions at 3 AM from different time zones.
