Maharashtra State Chapter Committee of Indian Yoga Association held its meeting under the Chairmanship of Dr. Satish Pathak at The Yoga Institute, Santacruz, Mumbai on February 21, 2020. The meeting saw discussions on increasing Institutional and Individual memberships by the State Chapter.
It was also decided that for the State Chapter to spread its wings, it was important to organise events like ‘Yoga Mohatsav’. The state chapter plans to organize it in February 2021. It was also decided that the state chapter will keep promoting small one day seminar/event at different local or regional level throughout the year.
Mrs. Pallavi Kavhane was adapted as a Member of State Chapter. The others who marked their presence for the meeting were Shri Vishwasrao Mandlikji, Chairperson, Shri Sabir Shaikh, Joint Secretary, Shri S V Mhaskar, Secretary, Shri Pratik Lele, Treasurer, Dr Sunanda Rathi,Research Committee, Shri Shailesh Parikh and others.
