IYA Executive Council Members met during 23rd INCOFYRA at Prasanthi Kutiram, Bengaluru on January 1, 2020. Guruji Dr HR Nagendra (President), Dr S P Mishra (Vice President & CEO, PrCB), Shri Subodh Tiwari (Vice President), Shri Dr. Ananda Balayogi Bhavanani (Director, Standing Publicity, Publication & P.R. Committee) Smt. Kamlesh Barwal (Secretary General), Shri Jaideep Arya (Joint Secretary), Shri Ravi Tumuluri (Joint Secretary), Shri P.C. Kapur (Treasurer), Dr R Nagarathna (Director, Standing Research Committee), Shri Ramkumar Rathi(Director, Standing Finance Committee), Shri Ramkumar Rathi (Director, Standing Finance Committee) of the Executive Council of Indian Yoga Association were present for the meeting.
The day had a special significance as it was Guruji’s 77th Birthday. Thereafter, the EC members discussed in detail the new initiatives to be taken to enhance the reach of IYA. The formations of new State Chapters Committees and their area of work also found place during the discourse.
