Flax Sesame Crackers are a healthy light wheat cracker with good quantity of sesame seeds and flax seeds. Oats used in the dish are rich in antioxidants, lowers cholesterol, improves blood sugar. Flax seeds are a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids reduces inflammation and are high in dietary fiber. Rock Salt has minerals like manganese, iron, copper, zinc which improves digestion.
Ingredients
• Whole Wheat Flour 1/2 cups
• Oats 1/2 cups
• Flax Seeds 2 tbsp
• Sesame Seeds 4 tbsp
• Rock Salt 1/2 tsp
• Oil 1 tbsp
Method of Preparation
Grind the oats and flaxseeds. Mix whole wheat flour. Sesame seeds and salt. Add oil and knead into a ball and roll out. Make little rounds. Bake it in a pre-heat oven at 180 degree for 20 minutes. Store on an air tight container.
