COVID-19 is physically difficult and is equally challenging for our heart and mind. Amidst the uncertainty that surrounds us, Smt. Ekta Bouderlique ji, Working Director, Standing Public Relations and Publicity Committee, IYA has been taking meditation sessions of one hour every morning from 6:30-7:30am for more than a month now. She is an active trainer of Heartfulness Meditation practice with Shri Ram Chandra Mission for over three decades, under the guidance of Guruji Rev. Daaji (Shri Kamlesh Patel), Member, Governing Council, IYA.
The sessions are informative, interesting and most importantly very helpful for the participants in these difficult times. The session aims at encouraging self-development, stress management and an evolution of consciousness through a heart-centered lifestyle.
