Chandigarh State Chapter of the Indian Yoga Association (IYA) held a successful “Yog Goshthi” on July 13, 2024, at the Digambar Jain Temple in Sector 27, Chandigarh. Led by Sh. M. N. Pandey Ji, the event aimed to raise awareness about the significance of Yoga in leading a healthier and more fulfilling life, with a particular focus on the importance of Asanas (Physical Postures) and Pranayama (Breathing Exercises) in achieving peace of mind.
The Goshthi was attended by over 50 sadhaks, with Sh. Dharam Bahadur Jain Ji gracing the event as the Guest of Honour. Participants gathered to learn and practice various Yoga techniques that contribute to physical health, mental well-being, and spiritual growth.
Through insightful sessions led by Sh. Mahendra Nath Pandey Ji and Behan Lata Ji, attendees gained valuable knowledge on how Yoga can effectively manage stress, improve flexibility, and promote overall wellness. The event also fostered a strong sense of community among those committed to integrating Yoga into their daily lives for holistic benefits.
