Yoga Vidya Niketan (YVN), Member Institute of Indian Yoga Association successfully conducted its annual one-month Yoga Summer Course from May 1 to May 31, 2024. The course ran for one and a half hours daily across 41 physical centers around Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, extending from TIFR Colaba to BARC Anushaktinagar and from Borivali to Panvel and Ulwe. In addition, there were 9 online centers. A total of 1970 participants benefited from the 50 centers, with the highest number of participants (151) at the Sanpada center at Sadhu Vaswani International School in Navi Mumbai.

A sunday gathering was organized for participants from all centers at Yoga Bhavan, Vashi. This half-day event featured Shuddhi Kriya demonstrations, pranayama, and meditation sessions. On May 12, 250 participants attended, and on May 19, the number increased to 425, making the event a significant success.

Throughout June 2024, YVN has scheduled a series of early morning workshops focusing on various aspects of yoga, including shuddhi kriya, suryanamaskar, pranayama, meditation, and shankhaprakshalana kriya. These workshops will be held at Yoga Bhavan, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, and will also be available online to accommodate a wider audience of yoga seekers.
