The Chandigarh State Chapter Committee of the Indian Yoga Association, organized a session on Ram Dhyana under the guidance of Delhi State Chapter Committee in honour of the Pran Pratishta of Ram Lalla.
On the occasion Smt Madhu Pandit, Vice Chairman, Chandigarh SCC shared her insights on the essential principles of Ram Dhyana. She stated that Ram Dhyana is a wonderful spiritual practice, a source of prosperity, peace, and harmony.
During the session, the members present understood various aspects of Ram Dhyana and engaged in collective meditation practice. Dr. Pradeep Agnihotri, Secretary, Chandigarh SCC explained that the term Prana Pratishtha refers to the ritual of infusing life or energy into the deity’s idol, transforming it into a divine consecration. Ram Lalla’s Prana Pratishtha is not just a religious ceremony; it establishes a sacred connection between devotees and the divine, celebrating cultural heritage.
Chairman Shri Ajit Handa, Chairman, Chnadigarh SCC narrated the significance and joyful moments of Ram Lalla’s ‘Prana Pratishtha. He said that Ram Dhyana imbues individuals with positive energy, leading to positive transformations in their consciousness and a propensity towards prosperity.
